The project designed last June for the asset located at number 1 Plaza Colón, in Madrid, includes a glass façade, which will be one the 3.930 sqm buildings’ visual icons, according to Eje Prime.
This project fits CBRE’s diversified real estate investment plan which, according to the same newspaper should reach 800 million euro.
