The guide shows statistical data following the sector’s evolution during the last decade, charts and maps, including, data updated during the pandemic.
The guide was first launched in 2013, when Portugal was under the financial crisis, with a huge need for foreign investment. The guide was now launched under an unprecedented context of uncertainty, due to the pandemic, which was more intensely felt in some assets. But CBRE is optimistic regarding this year’s investment volume and calculates it might reach 2.500 million euro, shared Francisco Horta e Costa, Managing Director at the consultant.
