The sale was operated by CBRE and JLL. The plot had belonged, until then, to a Portuguese textile company, with an industrial facility deactivated in the 1950s.
No details are known about the future destination of the plot, but in 2008 a detailed plan was approved that allows for the construction of a venture with a gross floor area of 43,500 m² for office, retail, residential and equipment use, according to the consultants.
The seller was advised by the law firm SGFC-Seabra, Cunha, Marta e Associados. It has now sold the plot to the company founded by René de Manthon and François Blanchard, specialized in the rehabilitation of residential buildings of high segment in Paris, accompanied by the company VDA-Vieira de Almeida.
