Catella creates company to manage its European residential funds

Catella Residential Investment Management is the name of the company that the Swedish Catella will create to manage its residential real estate assets in Europe, with the aim of giving a boost to its positioning in this market.

This company will manage a portfolio of currently around €1,300 million of investment in 8 European countries, among which is Spain, divided by 5 distinct funds.

According to EjePrime, the company will be headed by Xavier Jorgen and Michael Kenue.
