One of them is located at calle Albasanz 15b (“Puerta del Este” complex) and the other at calle Julián Camarillo 11. The total combined area of the two buildings is 13.000 sqm, complemented by 318 parking spots.
Real estate consultant Catella advised the seller on these operations and Borneo Advisors advise the buyer.
Catella AM maintained a high level of activity this year and with these operations, it adds a total of six transactions in the Iberian Peninsula this year, with an aggregated investment of 154 million euro. Three of these operations were housing transactions (dwellings for rental in Vitoria, Valdemoro and Vallecas) and the fourth was the acquisition of a student residence in Seville. Catella AM focuses its strategy on housing, office, logistic and alternative assets (such as student and senior residences).
