The seller was investment fund Shaftesbury, established and managed by group Shaftesbury Asset Management. BNP Paribas Real Estate was the commercial advisor in the operation.
The building has a 5.800 sqm built-up area which includes the basement, ground floor, three levels and a terrace, and its current tenants are Telefónica and digital marketing agency CPM.
Catella Asset Management Iberia’s managing partner, Javier Hortelano, assured that his company’s goal is to invest 300 million euro within the next two years in segments such as housing, retail, offices and alternative.
Nevertheless, he manifested his desire to keep investing in the Iberian office market and assured that soon new currently ongoing transactions will be announced.
