Three of the warehouses are located in Catalonia, one in France (Perpignan) and a smaller one in Budapest (Hungary).
With these operations, signed in 2020, the group reinforces its real estate investment strategy by entering the logistics market.
These acquisitions have been closed under the formula of sale & leaseback, and all the warehouses are currently in operation and with 100% occupancy. In addition to the warehouses, three photovoltaic installations were also acquired, which are located on the roofs of the warehouses in Catalonia.
