The 6 floor office building should open its doors in 2022. The 11.250 sqm project which will also include 300 parking spaces, will continue being developed by Metrovacesa, according to newspaper Expansión.
The Spanish insurance company was advised by Cuatrecasas on this operation and the developer hired consultant Cushman & Wakefield to assess the sale of the project.
For Catalana Occidente, this acquisition represents the focus of its strategy of purchasing office buildings located in the prime areas of Madrid and Barcelona. For developer Metrovacesa, this operation fits its divestment plans for tertiary assets.
