The real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield has advised the Catalana Occidente Group in the acquisition of the WIP building, located at Ciutat de Granada street, 121. The property has 4,400 m2 and is rented to the WeWork multinational.
According to Jason Clark, partner at Cushman & Wakefield, "the Catalana Occidente Group continues to bet on the offices market in Barcelona and, after this operation, reaffirms its confidence in the fundamentals of the Barcelona market, which are evolving in a very positive way."
