Castellana wants to reach €1,000M in three years

Castellana Properties socimi, controlled by the South African fund Vukile Property, aims to accelerate its business plan in Spanish retail, more than doubling its current assets portfolio, reaching a value of €1,000 million in the next 3 years.

According to EjePrime, the company currently manages a portfolio of 15 properties in the Spanish market, with a value of around €400 million and a total surface of 197,000 m². Now, it looks for opportunities in secondary cities and prime locations in the country.
