In the month of March, this sub-index shows the highest growth in the interannual rate, with 6.8%, in comparison to 3.6%, which increased on average the finished housing (new and used) in Spain in the last 12 months.
The final data for the month of March increases by one tenth the provisional variation of the first quarter of the year, which stands at an increase of 3.9% YoY. The accumulated adjustment from 2007 highs is 37.2%.
