This 9.434 sqm shopping centre is located in Alcobendas, Northwest of Madrid and it hosts 64 commercial establishments and 1.700 parking spots. Next to it there is an 18.000 sqm supermarket operated by Alcampo.
The operation was concluded for around 12 million euro and advised by Knight Frank on behalf of the seller, according to newspaper Expansión on its print edition.
This was Capfield’s first acquisition in Spain and it now intends to fully refurbish the asset so as to improve its visitors’ experiences.
