The agreement between CaixaBank, owner of the property through Puerto Triana, and Grupo Hotusa, which manages the hotel, will begin once the first phase of works are completed, consisting of the adaptation for hotel use of floors 25 to 37 of the Torre Sevilla. In this sense, both parties hope to open partially in the third quarter of 2017, when the appropriate administrative authorisations have been obtained.
