Located at number 105-109 calle Pere IV, in the heart of Barcelona’s district 22@, Diagrame is Cain International’s latest project, designed to attract the best talent thanks to its unique space within Barcelona and combining business with leisure.
Cain International chose 22@ for the construction of Diagrame, for being one of the most sought-after locations, within one of Europe’s most attractive cities, by tech professionals, in terms of lifestyle. In the last few years, the district has consolidated itself as an important centre for innovation and technology where many important companies such as Amazon, Everis and Glovo established their headquarters. Thus, the district offers a wide range of services, public transport and shops, since it is located only a short distance from the residential areas and the city’s main sights, such as the Mar Bela beach.
Diagrame will offer all the amenities expected from a first-class building, including wide gardens with private terraces, changing rooms, private parking for traditional and electric vehicles, bicycle parking and even a multipurpose meeting area where inspiring workshops, lectures and events will be organised for the building’s community.
In 2020 the project obtained the necessary licenses to start construction, which will be carried out following the highest sustainability and energy efficiency standards, thus guaranteeing a LEED Platinum certification.
Diagrame will be delivered during the fourth quarter of 2021 and will have a total 15.000 sqm spread across five floors plus the ground floor, all with open spaces and natural light, high quality thermal comfort controls and intelligent sensors strategically installed for maximum energy efficiency. Diagrame’s marketing will be exclusively managed by CBRE and Savills Aguirre New.
