The set of assets includes the well-known Pombaline block rebuilt in the 60s, with a total of 13,000 m². The portfolio also includes a land for development on Avenida João XXI, next to the headquarters building of CGD, with 1,264 m², classified as Central and Residential Area in PDM of Lisbon. Here it can raise a residential project with more than 7,000 m² of construction above ground.
Note also to another plot in Telheiras, in front of the facilities of the Hospital da Marinha, with 8,100 m². It is integrated into the Urban and Residential Central Space to Consolidate, according to the PDM, and can host a residential project.

Starting this July, the processes of commercialization of the properties foresee its sale until next October.
