This investment will be divided by two large projects, according to Eje Prime. One of them will develop 276 apartments in the La Boladilla prime area and is already under way. The other, Las Gemas de Estepona, should construct 30 houses and 48 terraced houses near the sea.
While the first requires a €150 million investment, the second should cost €65 million.
In the future, Bynok should turn its attention to the international market. Armando Gómez, in charge of the company, explains that «in Spain it is increasingly harder to build where there aren’t any terrains, while in the international market there is a great deal to be done».
