Located between the Praça de Espanha and Sete Rios, the 9 floor building now has two tenants, contact centre company Sitel which occupies 4.000 sqm, and a tech consultant with an area of 2.350 sqm.
The two allocations were accompanied by the Office Agency department at JLL, which markets the building exclusively. On the other hand, Tétris, the architectural company from group JLL, was responsible for developing and executing the project and interior works, namely for Sitel, and for executing the construction works on the common areas.
The consultant also advised the acquisition of the building by Square AM about a year ago, by representing the former owner Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa (Portuguese Red Cross).
Pedro Lancastre, JLL’s CEO, commented that «JLL advised the sale of this building to Square, conceived, executed and monitored the renewal works on the building and found the tenants to occupy the offices. All this in record time. This was only possible, because, to the building’s quality, we added a team with cross-sectional know-how of its particulars and the ability to offer a 360º service».
