According to daily newspaper Eje Prime, consultant JLL advised the operation on behalf of the socimi Hispania the seller of the property.
This building is located at number 15 Avenida Bruselas in the Spanish capital and it has a built area of around 3.500 sqm. It is fully leased to several entities, which means an immediate return for Pelayo.
During the selling process, the consultant was contacted by several investors who were «attracted by the quality of the building and by its tenants», commented José Miguel Setién, director of the office segment at JLL in Spain.
