Brickbro, specialized in the purchase of premises and their subsequent transformation into offices for sale, has put on the market a portfolio of assets located in Barcelona and Madrid.
According to reports, the properties have a total surface area of 11,327 sqm and their value would reach 14 million euros. The assets located in Barcelona are located in the districts of Gracia, Eixample and Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, and those located in Madrid are located in Chamberí, Retiro and Salamanca.
In fact, the company acquired a package of assets in Barcelona at the beginning of the year, valued at more than 8 million euros.
Brickbro was born in Barcelona in 2018 and has several partners such as the participatory financing platform StockCrowd In or the company specialized in rental management at European level Hostmaker.
The company specializes in capturing disused commercial and industrial spaces, remodeling them and bringing them to market later. Over the next few months, it aims to expand its portfolio by closing some fifty new deals.
The Catalan company estimates that in Barcelona there are almost 30,000 closed stores, which represents 36% of the total number of those in the city. With regard to Madrid, the estimate points to more than 76,000, which is equivalent to 43% of the commercial premises in the capital.
