«Despite the transitory crisis we are going through globally, António’s nomination reflects the trust we have in the company and the mid and long-term prospects we have for the Portuguese real estate market», assumed Paulo Loureiro, Bondstone’s founder and CEO, in a release sent to IP.
Besides being graduated by the University of Lisbon Law School and having a master’s degree in Management by Nova SBE, António Dias has more than ten years of experience in corporate finance, M&A and private equity, having worked at companies such as MarginKey, Oxy Capital, Garrigues, Millenium BCP, 3i Group and Bright Partners, where he was CFO.
On this nomination, António Dias assumed that he is «very excited with the challenge of joining Bondstone and helping the company carry out its ambitious investment plan ».
Bondstone will follow its plan, focused mainly on repositioning and new construction within different segments: from hotels and offices to senior and student residences, by establishing partnerships with international investment groups. Regardless, Paulo Loureiro also admitted that the projects «will be adjusted to the market situation when the economic activity is resumed globally».
