Ignacio, with more than 15 years of experience in real estate consultancy, will be the leading manager for the company’s eight lines of business: Capital Markets, Assessments, Offices, Industrial & Logistic, Retail, Housing, Property Management and Project Management, as well as the offices of Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
Frédéric Mangeant, BNP Paribas Real Estate España’s president pointed out that: «BNP Paribas Real Estate grew around 37.4% since 2017 in Spain, Ignacio will coordinate and reinforce all areas, consolidating the growth strategy we started in 2018 within the entire Peninsula and boosting business».
