The information was given following the recent announcement of the launch of Operation 99 West Tower, in Frankfurt. BNP Paribas Real Estate will develop this project through a partnership with the SIL Group / Pedro Silveira. On the plot adjacent to the Lx Factory, will be built 2 office buildings, totaling 37,000 m², and several residential units with the same total area.
Thierry Laroue-Pont, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BNP Paribas Real Estate, refers in a statement that "by launching this operation in Lisbon, we once again show in a very concrete way our international ambitions and, more specifically, our willingness to pursue the development of our real estate development activity in Europe, for which excellent prospects have been identified in Portugal".
On the other hand, Thomas Charvet, managing director of BNP Paribas Real Estate's real estate development business, said that “based on our recent international successes in the UK and Italy and after the recent launch of the 99 West Tower project in Frankfurt, is with great satisfaction that we have once again fulfilled the international ambitions of our sector of activity, positioning ourselves for this ambitious project in a neighborhood in full urban renewal, privileging the character of mixed use.
