The set includes around 1.000 dwellings which are part of REIT Fidere’s portfolio, which has recently changed its headquarters to number 257 Paseo de las Catellanas in Madrid, according to a release sent by the company to Mercado Alternativo Bursátil.
This is also Testa’s headquarters, another Spanish REIT controlled by the American fund and which is dedicated to the housing rental market, according to Europa Press. The American fund expects to encourage cooperation between the two companies which operate in the same segment, by having them share the same building.
Currently, Testa has a portfolio of 10.770 buildings turning a profit, whereas Fidere has 6.500 buildings.
