With the sale of these assets, Blackstone expects to gain around 220 million euro, which represents a substantial benefit, since part of this portfolio was acquired from CBRE Global Investors for 135 million about five years ago.
This portfolio includes two more buildings located in the Spanish capital, specifically at number 46 Avenida de Manoteras. Buildings Delta Nova 4 and Delta Nova 6 have a combined area of de 24.800 sqm, which is mostly leased to Clece, according to Spanish newspaper El Economista.
The other two buildings are located in Barcelona. One of them is Edifício Il.lumina and the other Edifício Sant Cugat Green. The latter has 27.485 sqm and is currently HP’s headquarters.
According to the same newspaper, the individual sale of these assets meets Blackstone’s strategy change, since it initially planned to sell this portfolio as a whole.
