The news is advanced by Spanish newspaper Expansión this Wednesday, which further reveals that the deal is expected to be closed within the next few months.
The Helios office complex is located at Campo de las Naciones in Madrid and it has a 55.000 sqm buildable area which is spread across two buildings (one with seven floors and the other with eight), as revealed by Arup, which took part in the construction of the park.
Shopping centre Espacio León – which has around 36.616 sqm, 140 retail spaces and 1.400 parking spots – is estimated at around 100 million euro, according to the same newspaper. This retail asset is located at number 12 Avenida Pais Lenoes Northeast of the city of León.
These two assets were inherited when the American giant bought Hispania. The other 4 – the Sant Cugat Green, the Illumina, the Delta Nova 4 and the Delta Nova 6 – which are part of the deal established between the American company and Tikehau Capital and IREIT Global are part of REIT Corona Patrimonial’s portfolio, which is now controlled by Blackstone. This last acquisition is waiting for the green light from the REIT’s shareholders to be finalised.
With these two operations, Blackstone might receive 400 million euro.
