The news is reported by EuroProperty and EjePrime. The American giant bought this asset in 2015 together with two other shopping centres in Portugal. It has a total 37.000 sqm and 1.500 parking spots, 141 shops and it receives 5 million visitors per year.
El Confidencial also reported this week that Blackstone took off the market a 1.000 dwelling portfolio from Fidere, because it didn’t receive any offers close to the 180 million euro it was asking for. The option of selling smaller parts of the portfolio may be an alternative on the table, according to the sources consulted by the Spanish newspaper.
