The Project Praça de Espanha will be developed in these terrains, with 34.000 sqm, spread out through 280 T0 (studios) through T5 (5 bedroom apartments) typologies, and 14.000 sqm below the ground, with 420 parking and storage spaces. It will also have a pool belonging to the condominium.
