BeCorp will invest €600M in housing in Barcelona

BeCorp will invest 600 million euro in the development of new rental housing in Barcelona, for a total of 2.500 new dwellings.

The investment plan should be executed until 2022, reports EjePrime. The first development should be marketed this Summer and BeCorp intends to reach 5.000 dwellings in its portfolio in the medium term, in other locations in Spain.
