The residential building is composed of 11 units, revealed the company in a release made available at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil. The name of the seller was not disclosed.
In order to move forward with this purchase, the REIT specialised in rental housing explained that it paid 20% of the asset’s value with its own funds and the remaining will be paid later, with the building’s mortgage as a guarantee.
During last year’s second semester, REIT Barcino was very active in the Spanish market, registering 5 purchases of this type on the Catalan capital for a total 11.4 million euro invested.
