The highlight of the event was the presentation of the joint project «Barcelona Catalonia». Within MIPIM, the partnership led by Incasol, Barcelona Metropolitan Area and the Barcelona Municipality gathers more tha 30 private companies in a stand Catalonia will have at MIPIM, attesting the sector’s great public and private dynamics and reinforcing one of the oldest iberian presences in MIPIM.
Xavier Mayo, Head of City Promotion Abroad of the Barcelona City Council, noted on the occasio: «we are aware that in order to attract real estate investment, big corporations and new residents to Barcelona, it is necessary to maintain a very intense international promotional policy».
