Bankinter prepares its greatest real estate divestment

<p>Bankinter studies the sale of a portfolio with over €100 million in real estate assets, meaning its greatest operation of this kind. As stated by <em>Voz Pópuli</em>, the operation, known as “Proyecto Champion”, include allocated, time-consuming mortgages and failed.</p>

The Spanish bank has not yet taken a final decision to put the portfolio on the market, since it’s surveying investors to see how they would react, according to sources of the funds consulted by Vozpópuli. Bankinter made no comments. Alantra is in charge of the operation, the former N+1.
