For now, the fund managed by Plenium Partners bought its first terrain in Granada for 8.8 million euro and prepares new purchases in Valencia and in Portugal, in Porto. During the next two years, it wants to invest up to 200 million euro on both countries in, at least, 4 residencies, with a total of 2.500 beds.
According to EjePrime, in total, the fund should have a portfolio of 9.000 beds, looking for locations such as Lisbon and Porto and, in Spain, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville or Malaga.
