Solia is located in the southeast of Madrid, within the urban development of El Cañaveral, located at the confluence of the R-3 with the M-45, with a large area of influence close to 2 million inhabitants, with all the areas 15 minutes away by car and just 10 minutes from the Puerta de Alcalá.
The development of El Cañaveral plans to build 14,000 new houses and large recreation areas and offices, in addition to the aforementioned commercial project. Solia will be built in a plot with 225,000 m2 and will have a gross leasable area (GLA) of 90,000 m2. The project includes an outlet of 25,000 m2 and a commercial park of 65,000 m2 that will include a wide variety of leisure and restaurants, as well as green areas.
