The building is the former Cortefiel group, now Tendam’s, headquarters and is currently fully occupied by the company.
According to EjePrime, the building’s leasing contract has a 21.108 sqm GLA, with 145 parking spots, and is valid until 2023.
The purchase increases Azora porfolio assets’ value to 4.500 million euro.
