On these plots – located at Paseo de la Direción, in Madrid – the French company plans to build two 25 floor buildings which would include not only offices but also food services and commerce.
According to Spanish newspaper El Confidencial, these new buildings would host around 4.000 employees, which would offer a new dynamic to this northern area of the Spanish capital.
Project Skyline includes the construction of 600 dwellings equally distributed between the two 25 floor towers and should cost American Stoneweg 200 million euro.
