According to Expansión, the deal is being negotiated with fund Colony, and the amount on the table should be around 50 million euro. The negotiations are at an advanced stage, as guaranteed by sources from the Spanish newspaper, but there isn’t a deal between both parties yet.
The hotel was officially inaugurated in February 2018. It has 300 rooms and 21 meeting rooms for a total capacity of 875 people. It was bought by Colony about a year ago from Continental Property Investment group, controlled by Boutros El-Khouri.
