The four star hotel, located at Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas in Spain is 10 metres high and has 300 rooms and 21 meeting rooms, according to newspaper Expansión. The hotel is currently managed by Meliá.
This hotel is the Spanish REIT’s 22nd hotel on its current portfolio, which has more than 5.232 rooms and 30 commercial spaces and is estimated at 489 million euro.
