It will be located in the centre of the city and it should open its doors in September 2019, at number 108 Pallars street, for which it is named.
Aticco’s goal with this new project is to meet the companies’ expectations, which are increasingly looking for work spaces which offer an added value experience for its workers.
The 6.340 sqm area should be divided in work and leisure areas, mentions the company in the same release. In terms of the working areas, Aticco plans to create private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, event rooms and an auditorium. Concerning the leisure areas, the company plans to build a gym, cafeteria, buffet, game room, napping room and workshop spaces. The building also has 700 sqm of outdoors space.
Besides these spaces, Aticco Pallars will also offer complimentary services such as tax advice, event organization and human resource management. With all the services offered, Aticco highlights in the same document «there are increasingly more emerging companies which find in coworking spaces the perfect place to grow».
In Barcelona alone, the company – which only started its activity in 2016 – owns five more similar spaces: Aticco Urquinaona, also located in the centre of the city; Aticco Med, in front of Poblenou beach; Aticco Hospitalet; Aticco Verdaguer, in Gràcia and the next opening in Josep Tarradellas, 123. Together they have a combined area of 23.000 sqm.
The leasing operation for the space where Aticco Pallars will be built, was carried out by real estate consultant Forcadell.
