The news was advanced to the Spanish press by the company’s director Gabriel Espín, according to whom these two openings follow the company’s growth strategy which aims to reach 100.000 sqm under management within the next 4 years, in a 30 million euro investment.
For now, the company has 6 coworking centres in Barcelona. The latest opened at number 123 Josep Tarradellas avenue, and has a total area of 27.000 sqm.
According to EjePrime, besides a new capital increase to take place this year, the company is also considering buying other operators.
