This new hotel – which is being constructed in a 230 year old rehabilitated mansion – will initially have 68 rooms available to which 50 more will be added in 2021, according to Eje Prime. The future guests will be able to enjoy several areas, such as indoor patios, meeting and conference rooms, a gym and a restaurant.
According to the same newspaper, this is ASG’s fourth investment in the hotel sector since it started operating in Spain. The developer is dedicated mainly to the housing sector and its portfolio is currently estimated at 500 million euro.
Recently, the German group announced the creation of a new fund with at least 650 million euro which will be solely dedicated to the hotel sector, without losing sight of opportunities in other markets, such as the office and retail markets.
