The building was owned until now by Spanish Las Inmaculadas, revealed newspaper ‘LaOpinión – A Corunã’, which also advanced that an agreement concerning this operation had already been reached last October.
The building has a total built area of 6.000 sqm, spread across 7 floors and it is operated as a student residence and as a social inclusion area for young people and immigrants.
