Árima plans to invest, reposition and market high quality office assets, with the goal of increasing their value and generating an annual return for its shareholders between 12 and 15 percent, according to the company.
The operation to enter the Stock Market will be made through a stock offering exclusively directed at institutional investors and an initial offer of 300 million euro. The company expects to invest all the capital in a maximum of 18 months.
Arima’s strategy is focused mainly on office buildings (it is expected to correspond to 80-90% of the total amount of buildings).
