The 6.759 sqm building is located at 21 calle Ramírez Arellano in the Spanish capital and according to newspaper Expansión, has 110 parking spots.
This is one more office asset Árima adds to its current portfolio – mostly constituted by this type of assets and logistic assets – which has a total 61.000 sqm and 570 parking spots.
The same newspaper informs that this purchase added to the other purchases in Madrid, represents a 173 million euro investment for the Spanish REIT in the last 8 months.
