Additionally, the REIT announces the agreement to a bridge loan facility with CaixaBank for 30 million euro, which will allow it to keep expanding its portfolio.
On the last 27th of December the REIT announced the acquisition of its first two office buildins for 31 million euro, located in Madrid’s business district. It also announced the binding investment commitment for the two prime office buildings, and made it official in January 2019 just as announced. The total amount of the operation is 62.75 million euro.
The two office buildings have a total combined GLA of 20.200 sqm and 395 parking spots.
