This operation, carried out by the American asset management company, was the first the company closed in Spain this year for which it was advised by consultant Colliers. The amount of the deal, as well as the identity of the sellers, were not disclosed by daily newspaper Eje Prime which reported the news.
This set of dwellings is located in the municipality of Alcalá de Henares, East of the Spanish capital.
Apart from this operation, Ares will also offer to sell 800 dwellings to several developers, such as Aedas Homes, Metrovacesa and Momentum.
