5 new plots in Viladecans, Barcelona | Photo Collected from Incasòl
This operation was concluded during the third quarter – at the end of September – with Instituto Catalán del Suelo (Incasòl), according to a release from AQ Acentor.
These 5 new lots are part of housing project AQ Llevant which represents a total investment of 250 million euro to develop 870 dwellings. Of these, 30% will be destined to the rental market, another 30% will be under affordable housing and the remaining 40% to the housing market. Real estate developer Aquila Capital en España further informed that «a significant proportion of the developments will be certified by BREEAM, as sustainable dwellings».

This operation, and the whole project, show AQ Acentor en Cataluña’s investment commitment, a market that is very important for the company, with more than 2.000 dwellings at different stages of development. Besides this one, AQ Acentor has a further 5 projects of this type: AQ Urban Fira (Barcelona), AQ Les Arts, AQ Jardins del Forum, AQ Vallés and AQ Sant.
