According to Expansión, these offices have a total combined area of 126.900 m2, and were estimated at the end of the semester in around 300 million euro. The buildings are located in areas like Sanchinarro, Manoteras, Arturo Soria or Avenida de la Ilustración.
Most of the assets are a legacy of the integration of the real estate from Metrovacesa after the two groups merged in 2016.
