This is one of the last batches available for construction in the area, and the only one set in the urban park, with a Request for Prior Information approved in July 2017, and the licensing is underway.
The project for this plot includes 46 apartments in closed condominium T2 to T6, with swimming pool, leisure and parking areas, totaling 8,400 m² of gross built area above ground and 2,335 m² underground. The river views from the balconies and terraces will be one of the main attractions of this condominium, with 6.224 m² of green area.
The land in question corresponds to plot 6.06 foreseen in Detail Plan 6 of Expo 90, and is vacant, suitable for immediate construction.
According to ANIDA, the Tagus Garden “is a tribute to Tejo and the life of the city. It offers accesses and services modernity and the tranquility of the riverside zone. It is a safe investment with guaranteed well-being. An option that brings together the best choices in the same city space."
ANIDA receives proposals for the project until June 29. Up to July 16 will be known the result of the contest and selection of the proposal.
