This transaction had been announced last July when the companies reached an agreement for the purchase of the asset, but it was only concluded last week, as announced by Amundi in a release.
The 6-floor building located at Carrer Sancho de Ávila number 65 in Barcelona has 8.330 sqm of office space and a further 1.200 sqm roof terrace. The building’s construction was finished in February, according to the same document.
«With the acquisition of 'SA 65', we are completing our first transaction in Barcelona. This transaction is perfectly in line with our strategy of investing in Core/Core+ assets internationally», revealed Jean-Marc Coly, Managing Director at Amundi Real Estate.
The building’s yield is guaranteed since French co-working company Wojo should fully occupy it for 9 years and 4 months.
DLA Piper, Mace, L’Étoile Properties Ibérica and CBRE advised Amundi Real Estate on this transaction.
