Close to the University of Seville, the 9300 sqm building will have 332 beds, common rooms, study areas, cantine, gym and parking. The construction works will start this Summer, and the complex should be opened in January 2021.
Raj Kotecha, Amro Real Estate Partners’ CEO, states that «we are commited to offering our vision of 5000 beds in the whole of Iberia, a market we consider to be mature for investment in terms of quality, diversity an dynamics in offer and demand. So we expect our first operating porperty in Granada to be opened next year», reveals Spanish Real Estate.
Rosa Madrid, director at CBRE Andalucía, comments that «with more than 95.000 students, Seville has the fourth highest student population in Spain, while at the same time it lacks student accommodation with only 2.500 operating beds currently on offer, so investing in students residences in this city is a question of strategy, by offering a service in very high demand in the region».
According to Spanish Real Estate, CBRE was the consultant in charge of the deal, representing the buyer.
